Former Tarzan actor Miles O'Keefe briefly donned a loincloth as Pilgrim John Smith in this version of the legend of the Powhatan princess.

Cast as Pocahontas is actress Sandrine Holt, who previously appeared in "Rapa Nui" opposite Jason Scott Lee and Esai Morales.

Filmed to coincide with the Disney animated version, locations included Ontario, Canada.
