LOINCLOTH FILMOGRAPHY
"Stranded"
2002 Hallmark Entertainment

Inspired by the novel "The Swiss Family Robinson", this made-for-television feature was shot entirely on location in Thailand.

The production received the green light partly due to the popularity of both the "Survivor" reality TV series and the Tom Hanks film "Castaway".

Namatiti, the loinclothed native who befriends the shipwrecked Robinson family, was portrayed by Ridad Lardpanna, in his first film role.

The 175 minute film first premiered June 15th & 16th 2002 as a two-part miniseries on The Hallmark Channel.
